  1. Introduction Welcome to Goga Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of our private safari experiences in Tanzania. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
  2. Booking & Payments
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost.
  • The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the safari start date.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
  • Goga Tours is not responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
    • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus bank charges.
    • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
    • 15-29 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused services.
  • Goga Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  1. Travel Documents & Insurance
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and necessary vaccinations.
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of belongings is highly recommended.
  1. Itinerary Changes
  • While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, changes may occur due to weather conditions, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Goga Tours reserves the right to make necessary adjustments in the best interest of the tour experience.
  1. Liability & Responsibility
  • Goga Tours is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the safari.
  • We work with third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies) and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
  • Clients participate in safari activities at their own risk.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Goga Tours is not responsible for any losses or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or airline disruptions.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our guides and park authorities.
  • Certain safari activities require a reasonable level of fitness.
  1. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
  • Any complaints should be reported immediately during the tour for a chance to resolve them.
  • Disputes will be settled amicably; if unresolved, they shall be governed by the laws of Tanzania.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
